What is Aparna AI?
Aparna AI is a relationship-intelligence tool for founders and operators. It connects to Gmail and Google Calendar with read-only permission and gives you a daily briefing of who to contact, context before meetings, and follow-up drafts.
How much does Aparna AI cost?
One plan: ₹1,999 a month in India plus 18% GST, or $19 a month everywhere else plus any local tax. It includes the daily briefing, unlimited contacts, Gmail and Calendar sync, AI follow-up drafts, relationship health and dormant contact alerts. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. Nothing is charged when the trial ends unless you choose to subscribe.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes. Connect Gmail and Google Calendar with Google sign-in and your first briefing is generated automatically. There is nothing to import or configure.
Does Aparna AI work without manual data entry?
Yes, that is the core design. Aparna AI reads your Gmail and Calendar and builds relationship context from them. You never log a call or update a record.
Can I import contacts from Notion, Clay, Folk or a CSV?
Not today. Aparna AI has no import. It finds the people you actually correspond with from Gmail and Google Calendar, so most working relationships appear on their own after the first sync.
What integrations does Aparna AI have?
Gmail and Google Calendar, both read-only. There are no other integrations and no public API today.
Can Aparna AI send email for me?
No. Access is read-only, so it cannot send, delete or change anything. Drafts are shown in the app for you to review and send from your own email.
Can I share contacts with my team?
No. Aparna AI is a single-user product. There are no team workspaces or shared contacts.
Can I tag or organise contacts myself?
There is no manual tagging. Aparna AI ranks people by how you actually correspond with them and surfaces who needs attention.
Can I set reminders for follow-ups?
There are no manual reminders. The daily briefing flags relationships that have gone quiet and promises still open, so you do not have to set them.
Can I use Aparna AI on mobile?
Aparna AI is a web app that works in a mobile browser. There are no native iOS or Android apps.
Is Aparna AI GDPR or SOC 2 certified?
Aparna AI holds no SOC 2 or other security certification. We follow the data-protection principles in our Privacy Policy, which covers rights under GDPR, India's DPDP Act and the CCPA: you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time.
What data does Aparna AI store?
Email metadata — sender, recipient, subject, date and a short snippet — plus calendar event details. Full email bodies are not stored. Your Google data is never sold or used for advertising.
Is my email read by humans?
No. Email metadata is processed by software and AI models to generate your briefings. We do not allow people to read your email, except where you ask us to for support or the law requires it.
Can I export or delete my data?
There is no self-serve export yet. Email privacy@aparnaai.com from your account address to request a copy or deletion of your data; deletion is completed within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. There are no cancellation fees, and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is Aparna AI better than Outlook or Google Contacts?
They do different jobs. An address book stores people. Aparna AI tells you who is going quiet, gives you context before a meeting, and drafts follow-ups. It sits alongside your address book rather than replacing it.
What is relationship intelligence?
Software that understands the state of your professional relationships — who you are close to, who is going cold, what was last discussed — and tells you what to do next, instead of waiting for you to look it up.
