Is Aparna AI GDPR and SOC 2 compliant?
Aparna AI follows GDPR data-handling principles: you can export and delete all your data at any time. Enterprise SOC 2 documentation is available on request for Executive-plan customers. We never sell or share your data.
Can I share contacts with my team?
Team sharing is available on the Pro and Executive plans. You control which relationships are private and which are shared, so personal investor contacts stay private while shared accounts are visible to your team.
What integrations does Aparna AI have?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts out of the box. CSV import for any other source. API access for custom integrations on the Executive plan. Slack and Zapier connectors are on the near-term roadmap.

That's the core design. Aparna AI reads your Gmail and Calendar and builds relationship context automatically. You never log a call or update a record manually — the system does the remembering for you.
How do I organize and tag contacts?
Aparna AI auto-groups contacts by relationship type (investor, customer, advisor, team) from your email patterns. You can add custom tags, but tagging is optional — the AI surfaces who matters without manual organization.
Can I set reminders for follow-ups?
Aparna AI proactively flags dormant relationships and suggests follow-ups in your daily briefing — so you don't have to set manual reminders. You can also pin specific people for priority follow-up tracking.
Is Aparna AI better than Outlook or Google Contacts?
Outlook and Google Contacts are static address books. Aparna AI is proactive relationship intelligence: it tells you who's going cold, gives 30-second pre-meeting context, and drafts follow-ups. It complements your address book rather than replacing it.
How do I back up my data?
Your data is continuously backed up on our infrastructure. For your own records, export to CSV/JSON anytime. Executive-plan customers can schedule automated weekly exports to their own storage.
Can I use Aparna AI on mobile?
Yes. Aparna AI is a responsive web app that works on any mobile browser. Your daily briefing and pre-meeting context are optimized for quick reading on the go. Native iOS/Android apps are on the roadmap.
Does Aparna AI have an API for developers?
Yes, on the Executive plan. The REST API lets you pull relationship data, push contacts, and trigger briefings programmatically. Full API docs are provided at signup for Executive customers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in one click. No cancellation fees, no retention calls. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes. Connect Gmail and Google Calendar with OAuth, and your first daily relationship briefing is generated automatically — no import, no configuration.
What is relationship intelligence?

Is my email content stored or read by humans?
No human reads your email. Aparna AI processes email metadata and context with AI to generate briefings, and stores only the relationship signals it derives. Raw email content is not retained or accessible to staff.
