Is there really no credit card required for the trial?+
Correct. Sign up with Google, connect Gmail, use it free for 14 days. We ask for payment only when your trial ends, and you are charged $19 only when you choose to subscribe.
Does the price include tax?+
No. Prices are before tax. In India it is ₹1,999 a month plus 18% GST (₹2,359 in total). Everywhere else it is $19 a month plus any local tax that applies. Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, calculates the tax and shows the full amount before you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — a full refund within 7 days of your first charge, and on a renewal within 7 days if you have not used it. See the Refund Policy for details.
What data does Aparna AI access?+
Email metadata (sender, subject, date, 200-char snippet) and calendar event info. We never store full email bodies. See our Privacy Policy.

Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. Aparna routes each task to whichever model handles it well at the lowest cost.
