Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends.

2. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or by emailing hi@aparnaai.com
• You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges are made after cancellation

3. Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge
• Renewal charges can be refunded within 7 days if the Service was not used during that period
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

4. How to Request

Email hi@aparnaai.com from your account email with the subject “Refund request”. We reply within 2 business days.

5. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
